How much and how often do I get paid?

eTourism will pay you a fee of at least 5% of the gross retail price on all eTourism products sold through your website and availed by your customers.

All Affiliates will be paid within 6 weeks after the billing for that month end.

Example a booking that is made for the 15 April 2007, and if that booking is completed within this month this is classed as completed booking. You the affiliate will be paid for this booking by mid June.

The main reason is for this is that we deal with a numerous number of properties and chains, we need to invoice these properties for the bookings at the end of the month. We allow 30 days for the property to process and pay eTourism the money owing, we then allow ourselves a further 14 days to pay you your commissions.

Fees will be by direct deposit or cheque in Australian Dollars (AUD). If fees due are less then $100, commission payments will not be made until the commission fee is greater then $100. .

How can I keep track of the fees I've earned?

We will provide access to data on your customers' bookings updated in real time at an online administration area available exclusively to you.

Do I earn fees on bookings I make myself?

Yes. When you complete a booking with an eTourism Merchant through your website, you earn the same fees on your booking that you would from a booking by one of your customers.

What about cancellations?

If a customer cancels a booking, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be reversed for any fees earned or paid on that booking.

Commission payments are only paid on bookings that have been confirmed by arrival. Cancellations and modifications will be displayed within your booking reports.

It’s all about accommodation….Get it?

Welcome to one of Australia’s most rewarding online affiliate program for hotels and resorts. If you’re the operator of an accommodation related website, you’re in the right place because the eTourism Partners Program allows you to earn up to 12% commission on confirmed bookings!

While this space cannot hold a complete guide to affiliate marketing, we will share with you the most important words of advice we can give – the eTourism Partners Program is all about accommodation – so, is your website?

The easiest way to improve your websites click through rate (CTR) is to make the content more relevant. By improving your articles about specific resorts and providing more detailed information about location and activities, more people will likely click through and make a booking.

Text links can often achieve a higher click through rate than banner ads and a simple rule to follow when placing text ads within an article is the rule of 3. By placing affiliate links at the beginning, middle, and end of an article you are giving your visitors the best opportunity click through and book.

Remember, it’s all about accommodation. The eTourism Partners Program is a niche affiliate service and by focusing on one industry we’re able to bring you some of the highest commissions possible. Tackle micro-markets within the accommodation industry by creating highly targeted sites with relevant and timely information. By keeping your website fresh, and all about accommodation, you’ll find that the eTourism Partners Program can be extremely rewarding.
